Quick Update

Okay so yes we are still here AND still pregnant. Apparently these babies are never coming out, they like their current home and decided they will stick around for a few more weeks. Seriously, we are excited to be doing as well as we are and each day they stay inside is that much better for their long term health.

I had planned for a longer blog today but we are currently dealing with our first major crisis, NO INTERNET! Seriously what did people do before the internet? I guess they were so busy waiting in line at the bank they didn't notice. Total slam to anyone over 50 but still funny. So anyway I am punching this out on my Blackberry (over 50 crowd that is an email machine that doubles as a phone, man am I on tonight!) and my thumbs are getting a little tired. I'll try to send out an update later this week.

Just a reminder C-Section scheduled for March 9th if she does not go into labor before. It's starting to look more and more like that might be the case (okay so that was some obvious reverse psychology, sue me).

Glad to hear there is NO action in the labor and delivery department...keep cooking those babies if you can. We'll be praying for all of you...

I'm glad AJ is STILL pregnant. That is GREAT news! And I know what you mean about being without internet - it is tough to be technology absentia! I check your blog daily or more to see if anything is happening and I am glad that the babies are waiting!

I know many over 50 types who do just fine with technology. Remember that there are a lot 50 types who could easily turn the tables and poke fun at your twenty somehing parenting skills.
Sure this comment won't get published, but wanted you to know that your comment was cheap and immature. You might be needing some of the 50 types in your life real soon.

This is so great for the babies(I'm sure you're way past "over-it" aren't you,Amy-Jo) Well congrats only a few more days--the section will seem like a breeze compared to all this---and you will immediately feel like a stick figure!! Good luck I'm keeping you in my prayers! I saw you're friends with Sandra Cochran on FB and sent you a request myself so you can see my little babes!

My heart skipped a beat when I checked the blog and there was a new entry, but...I know you are both so ready for these babies, but they aren't ready yet! Hang in there. The prayers are still coming your way.
Those of us over 50 take exception to those comments! We didn't wait in line at the bank-we drove to the drive through window!! I totally agree with what did we do before the internet??
Take care. God bless. Love and prayers.

March 9th sounds good, Amy-Jo you can do it. Tell the little ones to stay there & to get the contractions to stop, mama needs her rest. We are thinking of you all everyday. Love you all lots.

Anonymous - Sorry you were so offend by my JOKE! Clearly you do not know me or you would realize it was that, a joke. At least I am brave enough to publish your silly post while you were not brave enough to even leave your name.

As for my parenting skills, wow what a shocker I have never been a parent and I might not be that good at it, ouch that hurt. I would imagine I would make a terrible barber, baker or alligator wrestler as well seeing how I have never done any of those.

Lighten up or read another blog, everyone else gets it too bad you couldn't.

Yay! Go babies, go! AJ you're doing such a great job, hang in there. Before you know it, you'll have your beautiful little babies in your arms. Surreal experience, to say the least. We're thinking of you!!

This just turned 50 year old has her own blackberry - thanks to you and AJ. Now that I am 50 - old jokes need to be changed to 60 and over.
Seriously, I can sense that you are so sick of being in the hospital. As hard as it is to spend this much time at the hospital and to be so uncomfortable (AJ), going this far is so great for the babies. AJ you are doing so fantastic. I love you both so much and am still praying and thanking God for how far you have come. Mom T
